The following Terms of Service are entered into by and between You and Mint Your Health Place.
The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (“Terms of Service”), govern your access to and use of mintyourhealthplace.com, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through mintyourhealthplace.com (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow at least 24 hours notice for canceling your appointment to avoid a $50 Cancellation fee. If you are more then 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a “no show” and will be cancelled but can be scheduled. There is a $50 fee for “no shows” and that must be paid to rebook.
Returns Policy
Receipt is Required. Products must be unopened and undamaged. For in store and online purchases we offer a retail credit or exchange on all products. All in store returns must be done with in 14 day of purchase date. Online orders must be returned with in 30 days. We do not cover the return shipping fees or exchange shipping fees.
Children Policy
Please know that our service rooms are only set up for the aesthetician and one Client.
We also do not allow children to be left in the waiting area unsupervised.

All content on the Website is protected by copyright, and other applicable laws, and are the property of Mint Your Health Place, unless otherwise noted.
Nothing on this Website may be, in whole or in part, sold or otherwise transmitted in any form or by any means for commercial purposes, except with the prior written permission of Mint Your Health Place.

Visiting the Website or sending emails to Mint Your Health Place constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Website, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
We would be pleased to communicate with you by email, and there are various places on this Website that provide you the ability to send an electronic communication to Mint Your Health Place. Mint Your Health Place reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the user communication services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable laws.

We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Jurisdiction
This agreement between you, the user, and Mint Your Health Place, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of British Columbia in any proceeding related to this agreement.
